Changing Perception Easier Than Creating Value
This guy says it would be a lot smarter to just change our perceptions than keep trying to change reality.
Makes the point that England spent 6 billion pounds to shave 40 minutes off of a 3 hour train ride. For that you could hire supermodels to serve wine and still have plenty of money left over, and no one would care about the 40 minutes.
