NanoTech Offers Hope For Cancer Treatments?

What is surprising to me about this story is the lack of the usual downers.

Notice what you don't see:

• Too many years away to worry about
• Too hard to detect
• Too hard to test
• Too many scary side effects

It's a big "duh" that I know nothing about the cancer or medicine. For example, I could be completely wrong about the four conclusions above. Even though I'm just an uneducated observer, the discovery seems to be more interesting to me than most I have seen, for the above appearances.
