worlds best waitress: Paulette

Paulette from Barbecs is my nomination for The World's Best Waitress.

If you want the best service in the world, just sit at Paulette's station. Tell her I sent you.Paulette serves me every week at Barbec's on Garland Road in Dallas, just East of White Rock Lake.

It's the midpoint of my regular cycling route, and I like to stop there for breakfast.

Barbecs is an institution in Dallas. Maybe you're wondering "How do you even get a table there ?" But I go early when it's still cool outside, so it's usually not too hard to get a table at that time of day. 

I sit outside with the smokers. They have a great outside porch with a dozen tables or so, and that's Paulette's station on weekends. Recommended.
